I'd like to bring your attention to an incendient that happened yesterday.

I ordered 2 sneakers from your website and received them yesterday, one was in perfect condition and the other was torn from the front.

Of course, I couldn't return it with the courier as it was sent over by bosta shipping company so the courier had nothing to do with such a damage.

Please, I need a pair of the same sneakers size 41 in a perfect condition as this is definitely not the service that your brand aims to provide
